About Us Kridsarin (Rin) Sumintilee has been a chef in many famous Thai restaurants in VA, MD and DC. For more than ten years, she has gained much experience in cooking and managing Thai kitchens. Surachit (Tim) Milindr retired from the US Army National Guard after 22 years of service. He also worked for seven years with the Maryland State Government. Patchrin (Minnie) Sumintilee is our only daughter. She is attending Frederick Community College (FCC). She spends her time in helping her parents take care of Thai Rice restaurant and pursuing her studies. All three of us are committed to working very hard to offer authentic Thai food which has lots of nutrients, vitamins, and other qualities - and can be good for the health of everyone in our community.
